Year 6 students were invited by the Stephen's  RSL Sub Branch to submit a Remembrance Day essay/poem on 'What Remembrance Day means to you'. This linked in to the current year 6 Inquiry curriculum with the focus being on Connection. 

Congratulations to Joshua Harrison (6M) on being the winner this year. Joshua read his poem at the ceremony on Saturday 11 November in Yeronga Memorial Park. Well done to all the other entrants. The feedback from the RSL was that all entries were commendable and heartfelt.
