Welcome back to term 4. I hope that you and your family had a refreshing holiday and are ready to finish the year strong. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in making it through the rest of the year. I’m here to help and to encourage you, particularly when life is tough.

Shout out for Donations

As you clear out school supplies and uniforms towards the end of this term, consider what you might be able to donate. There are a number of opportunities where you can be generous and give back to support families in our very own school community:

Uniforms & Shoes – spare uniforms are required for children who have accidents while at school, or for those who can’t afford to purchase. Black school shoes are very much in demand and all sizes would be much appreciated.

Exercise books and stationery – regularly accessed throughout the year for those who don’t have the required classroom consumables.

Gift hampers – there are many that need a bit of cheer and help towards Christmas or just to restock their pantries. Baskets to collect donations will be available in the office foyer until Friday 25 November. Goods should be non-perishable special foods items (not your usual pantry items), gifts (books, small toys, games, etc) and decorative items (serviettes, bon-bons, decorations, etc.). Why not make a purchase each week for the next five weeks?
