Congratulations and well done to all students who participated in the year 6 school camp. It was a great experience for all of us.

At Camp Goodenough we enjoyed a variety of challenging activities that required an abundance of enthusiastic, respectful teamwork. We constructed and tested a functioning billy cart; learning mechanical engineering and how to work together efficiently. Crate stacking also proved to be a difficult challenge. It involved a great deal of balance and we had to brave our fears of heights as well as place our lives in others hands. One group had it especially rough when a rainstorm struck mid activity making their work even more intense.

Camp Goodenough made us stronger and more confident in our communicating and collaborating skills than ever before. We would like to thank all the staff who organised and attended camp. The time we had there was unforgettable and every participant came back with a huge smile on their faces.
