Hamper Donations Needed Urgently

Thank you for your generosity towards the Gift Hamper Campaign, with enough donations at this stage to bless 7 families.  Please keep bringing in your donations to the tub in the office foyer in the new building until Wednesday 30 November or direct to me at Parent Café on a Tuesday morning in the junior school. There is definitely a need for more special foods and decorative items (decorations, serviettes, bon-bons, etc.) rather than toys, but everything will be helpful. I’m hoping to have 15 hampers for our lovely Yeronga families who need a bit of cheer and encouragement this year.  They will be delivered in the last week of school.

Volunteers 

Many of you would have already received a certificate in recognition of your voluntary service at our school.  I’m always overwhelmed by the sheer number of certificates that I prepare and write out each year, as it is an indication of how much that happens at our school because of the effort and time given through the army of volunteers.  Our school is a better place because of your commitment and support, and I want to let you know that the school administration, teachers, P & C, and myself really want to thank you and express our appreciation for all your help. So, thank you so much for your valuable contribution!  If your certificate is damaged, or your name is incorrect, or it didn’t find its way home, please let me know by emailing me, and I can prepare a new one for you.
