Late Arrivals and Early Pick up

A reminder to parents that if your child is arriving at school after 9am they are required to come to admin to collect a late slip before going to class. If you need to pick your child/ren up early from school, Parents are required to come to the office to collect a sign out pass before going to the classroom. 

For student collection after 9am and before 2pm parents are welcome to park in the Stop Kiss Go Zone for longer than 5 minutes.

Access to Apps for school - Mathletics etc

On the 31st of January and email was sent out with a request for parents to fill in a survey from Camille on behalf of Survey Manager. Reminders have since been sent out by your child's teacher. This survey is the consent we require for your students to be able to access the apps detailed in the IT levy invoice you will have already received. Without permission, your student/s will not be able to access the listed apps. If you have any issues with the survey, have not received the email or cannot locate the email, please let your child's teacher know so that the office can follow up.

Gala Day - Permission & Payment

Students who are participating in Gala Day have been sent home with Pink and Blue Activity Consent Forms and the Sporting Contract. Students must return the signed forms to the office to participate. 

Because the first Gala Day was cancelled, we have extended the due date for the invoice payment until 1st April 2022.

Senior Cross Country - Year 4-6

All students in Year 4 - 6 were sent home with a Yellow Consent forms to participate in Cross Country Monday 14th and Practice on Friday 11th. If the consent form hasn't been returned to the teacher please do so as soon as possible.

Only students who have return the activity consent form can participate in Cross Country and the Practices. 

Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent teacher interview bookings have now closed. If you missed the chance to book, please contact your teacher directly via email. Interviews will begin from Monday 14th through to the 15th of March in your childs classroom. 

Upcoming Events

Prep and Year 1 families will be shortly receiving an email in relation to 'Bravehearts'. Following this, there will be an activity consent form sent home. For your student to participate this consent form must be returned to your class teacher by the end of term (April 1st 2022)

Year 5 Big Bang - all Year 5 parents and caregivers have been emailed the invoices today. This incursion will take place early Term 2. Payment ($8.00) is due March 25th. Payment denotes permission for your child to attend. If you need assistance please contact the office.

Year 3 Toohey Forrest - Activity consent forms and invoices will be sent home early next week. This excursion will be taking place early Term 2 over a variety of dates please read the email for more information. Consent forms and Payment must be in by April 1st 2022 for your child to attend. If you need assisstance please contact the office.
