STUDENT REIMBURSMENTS

Payments that were made for incursions and/or excursions that have been cancelled will be credited in full to the student account. These credits can be used to pay for any invoices that will be issued in Semester Two. At this stage, credits have been processed for:

Toohey Forest Excursion

Southside Beginners Band Camp

Choir Workshop

Credits are still to be be processed for Gala Day 2 & 3 and Term 1 swimming lessons.

A Statement of Account will be emailed to all parents by the end of Week 1 Term 2. Please note, if the statement lists a negative amount eg -$30.00 this means that the account is in credit and no payment needs to be made. Please email the Business Manager, Ruth Bennett, rbenn127@eq.edu.au if families are experiencing financial hardship and a payment plan can be arranged for any outstanding Student Resource Scheme invoices.

PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS

Tomorrow all parents will be sent an email with a link to book in for Parent Teacher Interviews via phone. These interviews will be held in Week 3 & 4 of Term 2. 

Bookings will remain open for 1 week. Please ensure you have booked in your session by the 30 April 2020.

Please look out for the email, this year the interviews will be done over the phone.
