Nude Food Winners

Nude Food Day a few weeks ago was an incredible success with 419 students bringing no rubbish to school at all. On the day, we introduced our new ‘Plastic bottles, cans and poppers’ crate for students to recycle their 10c containers. If you see these around, please use them so we can earn lots of money for our school!

We also introduced a compost or food waste bin. At lunchtime, the students were invited to visit our School Garden to pot their own seedling to take home. At least 50 students went home with a new seedling… we hope they’re growing well! We want to encourage students to compost their food scraps and grow their own food to reduce waste.
