Tuckshop Volunteering Made Easier
Did you know that you can now volunteer for a Tuckshop Shift via Flexischools?
Click on the Volunteering tab and find a date that might suit.
It does not have to be a regular shift - if you can volunteer 1 or 2 days a term, it all helps.
And you get to hang out with the wonderful Tracy as a bonus!
Could you be our next Fete or Fun Fair Convenor?
Yeronga School has held some legendary Fetes - and a fantastic Fun Fair over the last decade and we are looking for a new team of volunteers to keep the tradition alive! If you have the organizer streak within you, we'd love to chat to you. There is even a comprehensive handbook to assist!

Fathers Day Stall - Thursday 29th August
Our Father’s Day Stall is coming up soon and your generosity always makes this day memorable for our kids and the extended school family!
The annual P&C Father’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday 29th August and will offer the students a chance to purchase a special gift for the male carer figure or other special person in their life.
Donations of small gifts ($5 or under) can be handed in to your classroom teacher. Like always, we love all the donated gifts that come our way: the unique, weird and wacky always add to the fun! If shopping is just not your thing, monetary donations can be made on Flexischools on the Father’s Day Stall tab and choose your amount.
We will be sending out a request for help with wrapping and at the stall on the day, so watch the socials and the next newsletter.

End of Term Sausage Sizzle - Friday 13th September
Save the date! We are hosting an end of term event at the Moorooka Clubhouse on the last day of term 3. Kicking off after school is out with a sausage sizzle, games for the kids and more.
Pop it in your calendars and watch out for a sign-up post for volunteers soon!
