Dear Families,

Thankyou to our families who spoke with the school reviewers this week. The school reviewers spent three days conversing with school staff, students, families and community partners about the school’s progress. Whilst we haven’t received the completed report yet (this is expected by the end of the term), the exit summary feedback was affirming and very positive. In the words of the Principal Reviewer ‘Yeronga is a great to greater school’. When the report is received, the summary will be shared with the community. Following this will be a range of community engagement opportunities to codesign our 2025-2028 School Strategic Plan.

This coming Tuesday evening, I would love to see many of our parents and caregivers attending our next PandC meeting. I am passionate about reigniting pre-pandemic levels of community support for the school through PandC events. Connection and getting to know our parents and caregivers as people with many hidden talents and expertise is the first step. I am always open to answer questions and provide updates on school programs and initiatives in addition to my report tabled at the meeting. Please come along if you can.
