We would like to thank our school community for all their support  during Term 1 - whether it was buying a snag at the Local Election Democracy Sizzle, or buying sno cones for Cross Country or purchasing tickets in the Easter Raffle.  Every bit helps and this support means that we can raise funds that go straight back to supporting our school community.

The much loved Trivia night also took place last term and the P&C would like to acknowledge the outstanding contribution of parent legends Rachel and Simon who have hosted the event for the past 9 years. Sadly, this was Rachel and Simons last year as hosts so a very sincere thank you for all the years of fun and memories. You will be sorely missed.

Tracey in the tuckshop is keen to hear from you if you have a couple of hours to spare each term to help in the tuckshop. You dont even have to be handy in the kitchen. If you can wash up or make a cup of tea, Tracey  would love to chat to you. Please email Tracey at tuckshop@yerongasspandc.org.au or pop in to the tuckshop if youre at the school.

Anzac Day School Ceremony

The P&C will have a small Posy/Rosemary stall prior to the School Anzac Ceremony next Wednesday 24^th April. For a coin donation, you can come along and get a small sprig of rosemary or small posy from 815am. We will be located at the green space behind the library.

Mothers Day Stall 

It’s nearly here!  The day we get to show our care and appreciation to the figure who nurtures and guides our kiddies. Your generosity always makes this day memorable for our kids and the extended school family!

The annual P&C Mother’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday 9th May and will offer the students a chance to purchase a special gift for the female carer figure in their life.

Donations of small gifts ($5 or under) can be handed in to your classroom teacher.  We love all the donated gifts: the unique, weird and wacky always add to the fun! Alternatively monetary donations can be made on FLEXISCHOOLS - Just click on the MOTHERS DAY TAB on the Flexischools home page

We will be sending out a request for help with wrapping and at the stall on the day, so watch the socials, parent rep and next newsletter for more details.

This is a really great opportunity for the dads, granddads and male carers to step up and show their partners in care that they totally can go shopping and wrap presents. Not even working the stall is beyond their awesome skills!
